Your caretaker is Peter Aarsman.
You can contact him for problems/questions concerning cleaning, repairs, service, safety and well being.
Where can I find his office?
His office is located at Bijltjespad 44.
When are his office hours?
His office hours are on Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 till 10:00 o 'clock.
Outside office hours?
Send an email to shortstay@dekey.nl or call +31 20 621 43 33 and ask them to put you through with your Caretaker.
Urgent technical problem outside office hours?
Call +31 20 621 43 33, please do not hang up when you hear a recorded Dutch voice, but press 1 at the end of the message to report your problem.
Please note that contacting an external company ouitside office hours can cost a fair amount
Laundry
The washing facilities are located in the hallway next to the showers.
Garbage collection
On Wednesdays and Saturdays you can put your garbage outside from 06:00 a.m.
Internet, Television and Phone
Internet
You have a wired glass fibre connection with an average speed of 10 MB/s. In order to connect to the internet, you have to put the cable (patch not crossed) in the wall-outlet found in the room. You don't need a username or password.
Note! De Key/Short Stay Facilities advises you to use a surge protector for all sensitive electrical devices. De Key/Short Stay Facilities cannot be held responsible for damages to any equipment due to voltage spikes.
Television and Phone

Please go to GVB Tickets & Info at the Stationsplein (Station Square), opposite of the Centraal Station, here you can find tickets en floor plans of all tram/train and subway routes in and around Amsterdam.
