During office hours?
You can reach him by sending an email to shortstay@dekey.nl or call +31 20 621 43 33 and ask them to put you through with your Caretaker.
Urgent technical problem outside office hours?
Call or contact the RA at teamfunen@gmail.com or call +31 20 621 43 33, please do not hang up when you hear a recorded Dutch voice, but press 1 at the end of the message.
Please note that contacting an external company ouitside office hours is on your own expense Laundry
You can find the washing machines at the 3rd floor of Funenpark at the end of the hallway to your left.
Garbage
You can put your garbage in the green garbage containers located outside your building.
Ventilation system
The windows are very well isolated to subdue the noise coming from the train tracks. A special air ventilation system has been installed to provide fresh air in the rooms.
Windows facing the railway
The windows facing the railway have double glass. Please don't use the space between the glass to store things.
Bicycle storage
There is a special storage for bicycles in the basement below the entrance of the adjacent building.
By order of the fire department it's strictly forbidden to park bicycles in the entrance halls, stairways, vestibules and rooms. Don't place bicycles in gardens or in alleyways.
Internet, Television and Phone
Internet
You have a wired glass fibre connection with an average speed of 10 MB/s. In order to connect to the internet, you have to put the cable (patch not crossed) in the wall-outlet found in the room. You don't need a username or password.
Note! De Key/Short Stay Facilities advises you to use a surge protector for all sensitive electrical devices. De Key/Short Stay Facilities cannot be held responsible for damages to any equipment due to voltage spikes.
Television and Phone
There is no active television or phone line in the room.

Please go to GVB Tickets & Info at the Stationsplein (Station Square), opposite of the Centraal Station, here you can find tickets en floor plans of all tram/train and subway routes in and around Amsterdam.
