Please note that contacting an external company ouitside office hours is on your own expense
Laundry
The washing machines are in the basement on the back site of the building. If you are in front of the fence of the Bickerswerf, you can take the first stairs down. There you will find the washing machines on your left.
Garbage
Garbage is collected on Tuesday and Friday between 06:00 and 07:30. Please put your garbage near the yellow signs.
Internet, Television and PhoneInternet
You have a wired glass fibre connection with an average speed of 10 MB/s. In order to connect to the internet, you have to put the cable (patch not crossed) in the wall-outlet found in the room. You don't need a username or password.
Note! De Key/Short Stay Facilities advises you to use a surge protector for all sensitive electrical devices. De Key/Short Stay Facilities cannot be held responsible for damages to any equipment due to voltage spikes.
Television and Phone
There is an active connection in the room. Terrace
All tenants can use the communal terrace to enjoy the sun. Please bare in mind to keep the noise down.
Noise nuisance
Because the Narwal is situated in a narrow street from an upscale residential area, it's very important that complaints about noise nuisance are prevented. There are strict rules regarding parties, music etc. Your RA's will give you more information.
