Urgent technical problem outside office hours?

Please contact the RA or call +31 20 621 43 33, please do not hang up when you hear a recorded Dutch voice, but press 1 at the end of the message.

Please note that contacting an external company ouitside office hours is on your own expense

Laundry

The washing facilities are in the centrall hall/common hall at the ground floor.

Garbage

You can put your garbage outside on Wednesday and Saturday from 06:00 a.m.

Bicycle storage Plantage Muidergracht 20

If you are a tenant of Plantage Muidergracht 20, you can store your bicycle next to the building. By order of the fire department, we ask you to never put your bicycle in the hallway, central entrance or staircase. Your bicycle will be removed.

There is wireless internet in your room. For the code and technical support please call: 020-3304411 or send an email to: support@0031ict.nl (Monday until Friday from 8:30 –17:30).

Television and Phone

There is no active television connection or phone line in your room. If you want to watch television, you can go to the communal kitchen and watch t.v. with your fellow tenants.

Where can I buy tickets for the public transport in Amsterdam?
Please go to GVB Tickets & Info at the Stationsplein  (Station Square), opposite of the Centraal Station, here you can find tickets en floor plans of all tram/train and subway routes in and around Amsterdam.
