Please call +31 20 621 43 33, please do not hang up when you hear a recorded voice, but press 1 at the end of the message.

Please note that contacting an external company ouitside office hours is on your own expense

Laundry

The washing facilities are in the back of the building of tower 1100. The washing machines and drier are available from 09:00 until 17:30
Please note that the price for washing is €3,50 and for drying is €2,50
These prices are subject to alteration

Garbage

You can put your garbage in the garbage containers on the ground floor next to the entrance of your building.

Bicycle storage

There is a storage room for bicycles on the ground floor.
By order of the fire department, we ask you to never put your bicycle in the hallway, central entrance or staircase. Your bicycle will be removed.

Internet, Television and Phone

Internet

You have a wired glass fibre connection with an average speed of 10 MB/s. In order to connect to the internet, you have to put the cable (patch not crossed) in the wall-outlet found in the room. You don't need a username or password.

Note! De Key/Short Stay Facilities advises you to use a surge protector for all sensitive electrical devices. De Key/Short Stay Facilities cannot be held responsible for damages to any equipment due to voltage spikes.

Television and Phone

There is no active connection in the room.

Where can I buy tickets for the public transport in Amsterdam?
Please go to GVB Tickets & Info at the Stationsplein  (Station Square), opposite of the Centraal Station, here you can find tickets en floor plans of all tram/train and subway routes in and around Amsterdam.
