Please note that contacting an external company ouitside office hours is on your own expense LaundryYou can bring your laundry to the little supermarket in front of the complex. From there your laundry will be collected by the launderette. They will give you a number and when they bring back your clean laundry you can pay in cash or by pin.
Internet, television and phone Internet
You have a wired glass fibre connection with an average speed of 10 MB/s. In order to connect to the internet, you have to put the cable (patch not crossed) in the wall-outlet found in the room. You don't need a username or password.
Note! De Key/Short Stay Facilities advises you to use a surge protector for all sensitive electrical devices. De Key/Short Stay Facilities cannot be held responsible for damages to any equipment due to voltage spikes.
Television
There is no active television connection. You can watch television through internet or we advise you to buy Digitenne. If you want to purchase Digitenne from KPN, you need a Dutch bankcard and your ID. Please go to the KPN store at the Amsterdamse Poort. The costs are 6,95 Euro a month. The contract is for one year.
Phone
It's not possible to install a fixed phone line.
