2. Ask a friend or your contact person of the educational institute to pick up the keys for you

What do you have to do when someone else is going to pick up your keys?

• Make sure we have received a proof of payment of the first rent payment for the room
  
• Inform us in advance, who is picking up the keys on your behalf, please send us an e-mail with the name of that person and ask him / her to bring his / her ID / Passport
