How to secure your room reservation?
1. Fill out and send back the reservation form (by email)
2. Fill out, sign and send back the credit card form (by fax) 

1. The reservation form
This document will be sent to you by email together with information about the room offer.
2. Credit Card form
To guarantee your reservation, we require you to fill out the credit card form and return it to us by fax  within 5 days. The credit card form is used as a guarantee only and will only be charged under certain conditions, no-show, damage to the room, etc.

When do I make the first payment?
We advise you to make this payment (first month’s rent, deposit and administration costs) in advance via a bank transfer and send us a proof of payment.
