Please note that SSF rooms are:

• not located on a campus
• not necessarily located close to your faculty 
• mixed with Dutch student rooms in some buildings
• furnished and  the rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating, caretaker costs, etc.) but does not include local taxes
• non catered
• without doormen or receptionists
