Deposit The deposit is one month's rent and will be refunded at the end of your stay
How do you get back your deposit? There are two options: - Cash refund
After the final inspection the Caretaker will give you an inspection form. With this form and your passport / ID you can come to the payment desk at our office (Hoogte Kadijk 179). The payment desk will give you a form into give to the GWK office at Central Station. They will hand you your deposit in cash.
- Refund by bank transfer
1. Please send us an email asking us for the (international) bank transfer form
2. Fill out this form and send it back to us
3. We will charge €50,00 for making an international bank transfer
4. Transferring to a Dutch bank account is free of charge Please note De Key shall repay the deposit to lessee in Euro’s in cash through GWK/Travelex or by bank transfer, minus the costs owed by lessee to De Key, no more than three months after the rental agreement has expired and lessee has vacated the rented accommodation in accordance with article 6 and the house regulations. No interest shall be paid on the deposit.
